Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in this agreement, carry the meanings assigned below. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form without altering their meaning.

To register and maintain an active account on coki88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. coki88 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with Indonesian responsible gaming standards. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering or placing wagers.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of coki88 or its affiliated service providers where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from coki88 or any affiliated platform, nor subject to any active cooling-off period you have voluntarily requested.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on coki88. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances attributable to the prohibited conduct. Where a household shares an internet connection or device, each individual player must register separately and must not share login credentials.

3.2 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, coki88 requires identity verification. Documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility statement, bank statement displaying your registered address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a photograph of the bank card or a screenshot of the registered e-wallet account in the player's name).

3.4 Verification Timeline. coki88 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving a complete document set. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Incomplete submissions restart the review period from the date the full document set is received.

3.5 Account Suspension. coki88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the player fails to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request, where submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent, or where the account is found to be in breach of the eligibility criteria in Section 2. In the event of suspension for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus credits not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's nominated payment method upon confirmation of identity.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. coki88 currently supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Supported methods are subject to change. The current list is always displayed on the platform's deposit page. coki88 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard account tiers, though coki88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in any single transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the player's account balance in real time in the majority of cases. Where a delay exceeds thirty (30) minutes, the player should contact coki88 support with a proof-of-transfer reference.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and the player will be asked to accumulate a sufficient balance.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Processing times are as follows, measured from the time a request is approved by the coki88 payments team (WIB, UTC+7):

• Standard verified accounts: Within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
• Gold and Platinum tier accounts: Within 15–60 minutes, seven days a week.
• Requests submitted outside operating hours: Processed at the start of the next operating window.

4.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the player has completed a formal payment method change request reviewed and approved by the coki88 compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorized fund diversion.

4.7 Fees. coki88 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside coki88's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4.8 Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Amounts displayed on the platform use standard Indonesian numeric formatting with a dot as the thousands separator (e.g., Rp 1.000.000).

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by coki88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general conditions in this section apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered at least ten (10) times their awarded value before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet requirements result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings at the close of the 30-day window.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Standard contribution rates are as follows unless a promotion states otherwise:

• Slots and arcade games: 100% contribution per eligible wager.
• Live casino table games (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live): 10% contribution per eligible wager.
• Sports betting — pre-match single bets at odds ≥ 1.50: 100% contribution.
• Sports betting — mix parlay (accumulator) bets: 100% contribution, minimum three selections at combined odds ≥ 2.00.
• Sports betting — odds below 1.50 or voor bola (Asian handicap) bets marked as excluded: 0% contribution.
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution.

5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim a given promotion once unless the promotion explicitly permits repeated claims. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, or shared devices constitutes abuse of promotions policy and may result in account suspension.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. coki88 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that such amendment does not adversely affect players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions for that promotion prior to the amendment date. Players who have opted in and are actively fulfilling wagering requirements will have their existing bonus position honored under the original terms.

5.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonus credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for real-money equivalents directly, or applied to any purpose other than placing wagers on the coki88 platform in accordance with the applicable contribution schedule.

6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on coki88 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. RNG systems are independently audited. Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the platform.

6.2 Sportsbook Odds. Odds are compiled from licensed pricing feeds and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmed on the bet receipt constitute the binding odds for that wager. coki88 does not honor bets placed at odds that were erroneously published due to a technical or human error in the pricing feed, and reserves the right to void such bets with a full refund of the stake to the player's account balance.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not binding on coki88 until the player receives a confirmed bet reference number. Wagers that do not generate a reference number due to a connection interruption or system error are not considered placed and the stake will be returned to the account balance within two (2) hours.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round that was already in progress, coki88's system will complete the round using the RNG outcome generated at the time the round was initiated. The result will be recorded and the account balance updated accordingly. Players may contact support with the relevant session timestamp if they believe a round outcome was incorrectly recorded.

6.5 Integrity and Suspicious Activity. coki88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing, use of prohibited software, or coordinated abuse. Where suspicious activity is identified, coki88 reserves the right to withhold payment and refer the matter to the relevant sporting integrity body pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in any form of match-fixing or integrity breach will be permanently banned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the coki88 platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances attributable to the prohibited conduct, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one coki88 account, whether under the same or different personal identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, sure-betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in a manner that is not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Placing wagers with the primary or sole intention of fulfilling bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse").
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities, whether through deposits, wagers, or withdrawal requests.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the platform's software, security systems, or game outcomes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward coki88 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coki88 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or service interruptions — even if coki88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 coki88's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from a single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your coki88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.3 coki88 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated to players in advance wherever reasonably practicable. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice where required to protect platform security or data integrity.

8.4 Nothing in this section limits coki88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

All content on the coki88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, copy, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of coki88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of coki88. Unauthorized use will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

coki88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, coki88 will provide notice via your registered email address no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to contact information — no prior notice period is required and the updated Terms take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the coki88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure. Any balance of verified real-money funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method.

The version date displayed in the hero section of this page and in the sidebar always reflects the currently applicable Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which coki88 holds its international operating license. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through coki88's internal dispute resolution procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

coki88's internal dispute resolution procedure requires that you first submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of your dispute in reasonable detail. coki88 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within fourteen (14) business days. Only where this process has been exhausted without resolution acceptable to both parties will the arbitration pathway be available.
